We had them come out and replace 3 windows in our home. They had actually come out a year before to give me a quote and then life/covid happened and it just dropped on the list of things to do. When I did reach out to them again, they honoured my quote from before and were very quick when it came to replacing the order/finalizing details. Even with delays (out of their control due to Covid) they communicated very well with us and made sure that as soon as the windows arrived they were checked and installed as soon as possible. Their crew arrived in the morning and finished the job in remarkable time. I am beyond impressed with the look of our windows and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the future. For 8 years I've lived with a breeze on the side panel year round. After explaining to me how the Alberta energy program worked in detail, he looked at the window, cranked it open and in seconds showed me the problem, shut the window and voila, no draft!
